Submission Of Application Form
The following list of documents should be submitted along with the application form
*A Recent passport size photograph
*Copy of Birth Certificate (Certified by Govt. Authority)
*Copy of Aadhar card
*Current year’s First term Report card /Mark statement (Applicable for classes I to VIII)
Copy of Medical certificate / Doctor’s prescription (in case of chronic medical ailments which the school should know)
Please be aware that submission of all required documents is compulsory.
Note
Original School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate should be submitted before commencement of classes in April for classes I to VIII.
Application Form will not be accepted without these documents. Duly filled in Application form should be submitted within 15 days of collecting the form.
